Diffuser Policy

Alycon (SOL, LUA, BAMBU, TAIKO & PASSO) diffusers come with a 1 year warranty.

​Please read the instructions carefully before you begin to use the Alycon product.

Anyone who voids the warranty will not be covered.

​If your diffuser is not working, then contact Little Miss Believer who will investigate. If required the diffuser will be returned to the supplier & a new one replaced, if it’s determined that no misuse has taken place at no cost to the customer.

​If you don’t follow the instructions, damage the diffuser or flood the motor unfortunately it will not be covered for a replacement but rest assure if the diffuser is faulty you certainly will be covered.

​We will do our best to resolve any matters quickly and at minimum inconvenience to the customer.
